Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create a welcoming dining experience. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverages, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality industry in the UAE
• Familiarity with POS systems
