Job Description
Plumber: Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and vent systems, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.Electrician: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution, adhering to electrical codes and safety standards.VRF Technician: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems, optimizing performance and energy efficiency.Carpenter: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures, such as doors, windows, and cabinets, using hand and power tools. High school diploma or equivalent, with a vocational certificate in a relevant trade.Relevant trade certifications (e.g., Journeyman Plumber, Master Electrician) are highly desirable.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the specific trade (Plumbing, Electrical, VRF, Carpentry, Chiller).Proven track record of working experience within commercial, residential and industrial projects.
