Role Scope
The Country Driver position is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, materials, or personnel across assigned routes within the UAE. This role requires professionalism, road safety awareness, punctuality, and a strong commitment to service standards. Drivers will contribute directly to operational efficiency and client satisfaction through responsible vehicle handling and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies
Transport goods, materials, or personnel to designated locations on time
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required
Ensure cargo or materials are handled securely and safely
Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid UAE driving license (appropriate category based on vehicle type)
Proven experience as a driver in the UAE preferred
Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations
Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety
Clean driving record preferred
High school education or equivalent is an advantage
