Job Description
Delivery Driver (Manual License)

Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently deliver goods, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Accurately verify and load items for delivery, following instructions and invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance of the delivery van.
• Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and the vehicle.
• Manage delivery paperwork, including invoices and delivery confirmations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues, traffic violations, or accidents to management.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• A valid UAE manual driving license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience driving a minimum 3.5-ton van.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Availability for immediate joining.
• Food and beverage experience is an advantage.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules.
• Comply with all transportation laws, maintaining a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to deliveries.
• Maintain the van in good working condition by performing basic checks (e.g., tire pressure, fuel, oil levels).
• Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the van.
• Schedule timely servicing and maintenance for the vehicle.
