Carpenter Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead carpentry teams and ensure high-quality work on all projects. The candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage carpenters and skilled workers.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly work activities.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain tools, materials, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Train and support junior carpenters.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5–10 years of carpentry experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:
• High school diploma or vocational training in carpentry (preferred).
