About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman - Carpenter to join our bridge construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and oversee carpentry operations for complex bridge construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams on bridge construction sites
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Plan and organize daily work schedules for carpentry crews
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Operate and maintain construction equipment as needed
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trade professionals
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory and order materials as required
• Train and mentor junior carpenters, promoting skill development
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
