Job Description
Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and creative Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine for a prestigious restaurant located in Dubai. In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.

As a DCDP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, contributing to menu development, and supporting the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen station and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Participate in menu planning and development as required.

Requirements
