Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate can execute new plumbing foundations and networks, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and ensure all work is completed safely and according to applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and establish new plumbing networks and foundations for projects and renovations.
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing equipment (e.g., sinks, toilets, valves, pumps, and drainage systems) for water, gas, steam, air, and other liquid/gas systems as applicable.
• Assemble and install fittings, valves, and pipe accessories using appropriate tools and methods.
• Collaborate with electricians, pipefitters, and technicians during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, and operational faults, and ensure proper performance.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and identify the correct tools, materials, and repair methods.
• Select suitable plumbing materials based on project requirements, budget, location, and building usage.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify and replace worn or damaged parts.
• Prepare service reports documenting the issue, inspection findings, and actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and local regulations.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber (minimum [X] years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read drawings, layouts, and basic MEP/shop drawings (preferred).
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site under various conditions.
• Relevant trade certification/license (preferred, if applicable).
