Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs in luxury villas
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, pumps, and drainage systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and carry out corrective actions
• Ensure proper functioning of water supply and sewer systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, preferably in villa or residential maintenance
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
• Ability to read basic plumbing drawings
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Facilities Management companies is preferred
