Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Italian Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Italian-style pizzas and be committed to maintaining high food quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Italian-style pizzas (Neapolitan crust, etc.).
• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Manage Pizza and food preparation during busy hours.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and stock handling when required

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pizza Maker (Italian pizza experience preferred) at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza baking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Experience in UAE is an added advantage but not must.
