Job Description
• To assist the Restaurant Manager in diving pre and post opening restaurant operations.
• To assist in develpment & training of the team members.
• Responsible for implementing and delivering service standards that conform to SOPs.
• Post opening daily responsibilities of running the venue.

Qualifications
• Catering School Diploma, or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience working as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high profile restaurant/club.
• Experienced in pre and post opening of a restaurant.
