Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, service-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Prepare food and beverages as per brand standards
• Operate POS/cash counter and handle cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and service areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines
• Support team members during busy hours
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements
• Previous experience in QSR or fast-food restaurant preferred (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit to stand for long hours
