Job Description
Manufacture, assemble, and repair wooden pallets as per required sizes and specificationsOperate carpentry tools and machines such as cutting saws, nail guns, drilling machines, and sandersMeasure, mark, cut, and shape wood components accuratelyEnsure pallets meet quality, strength, and safety standardsInspect raw wood materials and report defects or wastageMaintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop areaFollow production targets and supervisor instructionsAssist in loading/unloading pallets when requiredPerform routine maintenance of tools and equipment Minimum 2–3 years experience in wooden pallet manufacturing or carpentry workHands-on knowledge of wood cutting, nailing, assembling, and repairing palletsAbility to read basic measurements and drawingsPhysically fit and able to work in a factory / yard environmentKnowledge of workplace safety practicesAbility to work independently and in a teamPreference for candidates with Gulf experience (added advantage)Immediate joiners preferred
