Responsibilities
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements and material specifications.
• Install intricate trims, moldings, and other aesthetic features with precision and care.
• Construct custom cabinetry and built-in furniture according to client specifications and design plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm finishing plans and timelines.
• Perform detailed sanding, staining, and finishing on wood surfaces for a perfect finish.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform carpentry tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee the procurement of materials necessary for project completion and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Inspect and test installations to verify compliance with building standards and project specifications.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective components to maintain the structural integrity of projects.
