Job Summary

Al Marwan Developments is looking for Female Cleaners with experience to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across residential and commercial properties. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Female Cleaners include, but are not limited to:
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, common areas, and office/residential spaces.
• Handle cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
• Organize and store cleaning supplies in a proper and safe manner.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks or special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while performing duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in cleaning services, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
