Job Description
We are hiring a Housekeeping Site Team Leader to supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and service quality across the assigned site. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing housekeeping teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth workflow on-site. Duties include but not limited to:Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.Ensure VIP and priority rooms are prepared on time.Check room amenities, linen quality, and maintenance conditions.Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved.Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates.Ensure timely room turnover during check-in/check-out peak hours.Maintain housekeeping inventory and supplies.Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping.Ensure prompt response to guest requests.Maintain confidentiality and security of guest property. Minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper in soft Hotel operation.Strong leadership and communication skills.Good English communication (written & spoken).Flexible to work shifts and under pressure.Presentable and professional attitude.
