Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our Warehouse Operations team. His primary responsibility is to pick products from warehouse picking bins, check and inspect good are not damaged, wrap and seal all orders to ensure safety, load/unload shipments etc.

Job Responsibilities:-

Picking
β€’ Locate product in the warehouse using ERP generated pick sheet (MREQ)
β€’ Check FIFO, First In First Out

Placing
β€’ Place orders HU ( Handling Unit) pallets for shipping purposes
β€’ Ensure the accuracy of each order
β€’ Ensure a clean working area at all times
β€’ Transport items to packing pallet. Ensure that the packing pallet marked properly and labelled appropriately
β€’ Track and maintain inventory for all items in storage

Reporting
β€’ Document every action on MREQ prior in scan out manually
β€’ Perform stocking duties and ensure restocking of each product pulled from the inventory

Repack:
β€’ Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances

Wrapping
β€’ Wrap, seal all pulled orders in shrinking plastic to ensure safety

Loading
β€’ Isolate damaged items to a predefined marked area and report it to supervisors

Quality
β€’ Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.

Containers
β€’ Seal packed containers by using correct packaging material and maintain daily production and packing records.
β€’ Transport packed materials to the shipment pallet using hand equipment or forklifts
β€’ Make sure that product containers are loaded onto trucks using best safety products and packaging documents are handed over to the delivery dispatch team at the time of loading
β€’ Shift and move products inside the delivery vehicle so that they are stacked properly
β€’ Report any errors in product selection and quantity to the warehouse assistant manager immediately.

Cold Chain
β€’ Adhere to the temperature restriction in some areas and receive product correctly.
β€’ Apply 7 min rule from time offloading into chiller’s
β€’ Ensure goods fully checked, picked under the correct temperature
β€’ Ensure sufficient training and discipline of all working in Perishable.
β€’ Ensure door are close after off loading and loading is completed.

Pay: Up to AED1,400.00 per month
