Job Summary
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen and wait staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage reservations using our online system. Comfortable with using CRM system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Answering phone calls according to company standard procedures.
• Relaying information regarding allergies and other guest requests to the service staff.
• Showing the guest to the table and introducing the concept.
• Accommodating special seating requests whenever possible.
• Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations.

Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to details.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems.
• Based or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
