Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor completion to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet hotel hygiene and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to improve performance, teamwork, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Report maintenance issues and assist in planning for deep cleaning or special housekeeping projects.
