Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Contracts professional with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage contracts efficiently, ensure compliance with standard forms, and support project teams with strong communication and analytical skills.

Tasks
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors regarding contractual obligations.
• Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
• Support negotiations and assist in resolving contract-related issues.
• Maintain and update contract management systems and software.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on contract status.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
• Arabic speakers must have a good command of English.
