Job title: Waiter / Server

Summary:

Provide friendly, efficient table service to guests in a restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities:
• Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter into POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Check on guests, refill drinks, and respond to requests
• Clear and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of dining area
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Coordinate with kitchen and bussing staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to ~25 lbs
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
• Team player with a positive attitude; prior serving experience preferred but not required
• Valid food handler certificate if required by local regulations

Working hours:
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
