We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in joinery and carpentry foreman / Carpenter Supervisor to join one of our millionaire furniture industry client in Al Ain UAE . This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in our projects which include wardrobes, counters, panels and other fit‑out furniture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wood types, joinery techniques and finishes and will be responsible for interpreting architectural and detailed joinery drawings accurately.

This position offers a competitive salary of AED 3500 along with accommodation, visa and medical benefits.

Responsibilities
• Interpret and execute architectural and detailed joinery drawings with precision.
• Develop cutting lists and manage material control including veneers, laminates, MDF, solid wood and hardware specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery including CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws and hand tools.
• Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, polishers and installers to ensure high‑quality workmanship.
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly tasks to meet project timelines efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates to project management.
Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in joinery and carpentry within the furniture industry.
• 2-4 supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in English and basic carpentry skills.
• Extensive knowledge of joinery techniques, wood types and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with operating CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws and hand tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent planning and scheduling abilities to ensure timely project completion.
• Experience in quality inspection and progress reporting.
