We're looking for a New Restaurant Associate - UAE to join our UAE team. In this role, you'll help us lead the new restaurant experience efforts to increase partner engagement and tailor strategies to help them grow their business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining the Account Management team. This team sits within the Commercial department under the NRX sub-department.

Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
β€’ Guiding the newly onboarded restaurant partners during their first 56 days on their Deliveroo journey. Setting them up for success by educating them on our ways of working and tools, along with our best practices.
β€’ Working with newly onboarded restaurants and managing challenging situations by demonstrating empathy and understanding towards rx partners.
β€’ Ability to manage and prioritize a call list, schedule follow up calls as required, and log the outcome of each call.
β€’ Acting on ad hoc tasks with clear instructions from leads / management in a timely manner.
β€’ Demonstrates strong attention to detail and always provides rx partners with accurate information.
β€’ Uses tools to drive efficiencies through proper documentation.
β€’ Ability to upsell and tailors calls based on the rx partner's position.
β€’ Building trust & relationships with new restaurants to ensure they succeed on Deliveroo.
β€’ Providing clear communication to resolve rx partners queries.
β€’ Adherence to best practice and ways of working, representing Deliveroo professionally.

What You'll Need to Thrive

β€’ Education (BSc/BA in business or related field).
β€’ Experience (up to 2 years of experience in commercial/account management roles).
β€’ Experience in relationship management / customer service.
β€’ Excellent communication.
β€’ Comfortable with trying new processes and able to charter new ones.
β€’ Solid analytical skills, attention to detail.
β€’ Problem solving and organisation.
β€’ Ability to work under pressure & in a fast paced environment.
β€’ Has a proficient understanding and usage of company tools including Salesforce, Google Sheets, Admin, Restaurant Hub and other tools that directly impact their scope of work.
β€’ Characteristics, self-starter capable of driving yourself to your targets.
β€’ Arabic is a plus.
