Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to
oversee cleanliness and presentation standards at Cinemacity, our new luxury
cinema with dine-in experiences in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in high-end hotels or luxury hospitality environments,
ensuring exceptional hygiene, service quality, and guest comfort. This role
requires strong leadership skills to manage housekeeping staff and maintain
premium cleanliness standards across auditoriums, lounges, dining areas, and
guest facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise
and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across cinema auditoriums,
lounges, dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces.
• Ensure
all areas meet luxury hospitality cleanliness standards, especially in
dine-in cinema environments.
• Manage
and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage during
operational hours and peak showtimes.
• Conduct
routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and
presentation standards are maintained.
• Oversee
the cleaning and turnaround of auditoriums between movie screenings to
ensure readiness for the next show.
• Ensure
proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed in dining areas in
collaboration with food and beverage teams.
• Train
housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and
luxury service expectations.
• Monitor
and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate
with operations and maintenance teams to report and resolve facility
issues.
• Ensure
compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle
guest feedback related to cleanliness and ensure issues are resolved
promptly.

Requirements
• 8–10
years of housekeeping experience, preferably within luxury hotels,
resorts, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Proven
experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing housekeeping
teams.
• Strong
understanding of luxury cleanliness standards and guest service
expectations.
• Experience
managing housekeeping operations in large public venues or hospitality
settings.
• Excellent
organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability
to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays.
• Arabic
speaking skills are a plus.
• Strong
attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium standards.

Education
• Diploma
or certification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related
field preferred.
