About the Job The Colleague Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of three colleague restaurants, ensuring consistent delivery of safe, hygienic, and high‑quality food and beverage services for all colleagues. This role manages colleague restaurants' casual, plans and coordinates meal service, and maintains strict control over hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards in line with company and regulatory requirements. The position also oversees inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination, while continuously improving service standards and colleague satisfaction

About You
• Proven experience in a cafeteria, canteen, or food service supervisory role
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
