Job Description
With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Hostess (Arabic Speaker) to join One&Only team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. He/she will work closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to ensure One&Only service standards exceed the experience of the guest. Where you will be responsible for assisting Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain resort standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
A knowledge of the menu.
Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
Providing great customer service.
To assist with any other duties that are required by the member of the management team.

Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment. Strong F&B knowledge in levantine cuisine is a must. Should have excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Should be able to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele. Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests. Excellent communication in English language is required and an additional language will be highly regarded.
