We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Fabricator & Welder to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who can handle the entire lifecycle of a metal projectβ€”from interpreting blueprints and cutting raw materials to executing high-quality welds and performing final finishes.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Fabrication & Assembly: Accurately cut, bend, and shape metal components using saws, shears, and CNC machinery based on technical blueprints.
β€’ Precision Welding: Execute high-quality welds (MIG, TIG, or ARC as required) on various metals, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic standards.
β€’ Quality Control: Inspect and verify all dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools to ensure 100% compliance with specifications.
β€’ Finishing: Grinding, polishing, and buffing completed parts to remove slag and ensure a professional finish.
β€’ Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding rigs and fabrication machinery while keeping a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Requirements
β€’ Proven experience in metal fabrication, including welding, bending, welding, cutting, and finishing.
β€’ Regional Experience: Previous experience working on industrial or construction projects within the UAE is highly preferred.
β€’ Technical Literacy: Expert ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, ISO standards, and weld symbols.
β€’ Safety First: In-depth knowledge of workshop safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
