Job Description
Job Purpose

To lead and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring all premises—including offices, public areas, and facilities—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to the cleaning staff and create efficient work schedules.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards meet company protocols.
• Inventory Management: Monitor the usage of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders for replenishments to avoid shortages.
• Training: Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, the safe use of chemicals, and the operation of industrial cleaning machinery.
• Compliance: Ensure all team members follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Reporting: Prepare daily logs regarding staff attendance, tasks completed, and any maintenance issues found on-site.
