Job Description
Job Purpose

To provide timely cleaning services across the company’s premises and facilities ensuring hygiene and healthy environment in conformance to prescribed quality standards of cleanliness.

Key Result Responsibilities
• Greets employees, customers, and guests in a pleasant and friendly manner, reflecting courtesy and a positive attitude.
• Performs cleaning tasks to meet required quality and hygiene standards within established timeframes.
• Carries out a combination of cleaning duties covering assigned areas within the company’s office buildings and accommodation facilities, including offices, pantries, restrooms, common areas, and other designated facilities.
• Executes cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, emptying waste baskets, and replenishing pantry and restroom supplies.
• Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties and special assignments as required.

• Ensures surrounding areas remain clean by collecting and disposing of litter and waste.
• Maintains adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and tools required for daily operations.
• Complies with all health, safety, and hygiene policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assists in loading or offloading trucks delivering or collecting food items and supplies.
• Conducts regular checks of offices and facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Assists in guiding and supporting new employees during orientation and daily tasks when required.

• High School diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
• Demonstrates a pleasant personality and always maintains a consistently positive and professional attitude.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and organized with attention to personal and workplace standards.
• Dynamic, proactive, and physically fit for the role, which requires frequent movement and active engagement.
• Capable of operating standard office equipment and machines when required.
• Possesses fair proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work on shift pattern (24/7) and long working hours.
• Cooperative team player, demonstrates ability to work in a multicultural environment.
