The restaurant host will be the face of the dining establishment, welcoming guests with warmth and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from entry to seating. This role is key to maintaining high standards of customer service and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and courteous manner
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to optimize seating arrangements
• Coordinate with the wait staff and kitchen to ensure timely seating and service
• Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and answer guest inquiries
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area

Requirements
• Previous experience as a restaurant host, hostess, or similar role preferred
