Job Purpose

To lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and F&B operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, high service standards, team performance, and profitability in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant / F&B outlets
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate service and kitchen teams
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing levels effectively
• Monitor sales, control costs (food, beverage, manpower), and improve profitability
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers and management for smooth operations
• Drive promotions, upselling, and service excellence initiatives
• Prepare reports on sales, manpower, and performance for management review

Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager in hospitality
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication skills (Arabic speaker preferred / mandatory as per role)
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and operations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
