Job Description
We are seeking an organized Executive Secretary to support the CEO of a growing group of cafés and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Arabic), detail-oriented, and capable of managing a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Description:
• Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and Arabic
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a secretary or similar role
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
