Job Description
Position Summary:
Palazzo Versace Hotel is seeking a polished and attentive F&B Service Ambassador to join the team at La Vita Restaurant & Bar. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable guest experience in a luxurious and vibrant setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at La Vita.
Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and insights on the cocktail menu.
Beverage Delivery:
Serve cocktails and beverages promptly, ensuring that all drinks are presented in accordance with La Vita’s high service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or requests, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Menu Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cocktail menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings with menu items.
Stay informed about current beverage trends and seasonal offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Collaboration:
Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and coordination during busy periods.
