Job Description
1. Cashier Responsibilities
• Greet customers and handle billing through POS system.
• Process cash, card, UPI, and online payments.
• Issue receipts and manage refunds/exchanges.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balance.
• Prepare daily sales reports and cash closing.
• Coordinate with service staff for order verification.

2. Administrative Responsibilities
• Maintain daily sales and expense records.
• Handle petty cash management.
• Prepare invoices and manage supplier payments.
• Maintain staff attendance and payroll data.
• File and organize bills, licenses, and documents.
• Assist management with reports and documentation.

3. Inventory & Stock Support
• Record daily stock usage.
• Coordinate with storekeeper for stock updates.
• Maintain purchase records and GRNs (Goods Received Notes).

4. Customer Service
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
• Take phone orders and manage reservations.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and vendors.

5. Compliance & Record Keeping
• Maintain GST records and billing compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Follow company financial policies.

6. General Support
• Support restaurant manager in daily operations.
