We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Restaurant Captain for a known Michelin-starred restaurant Chef to join a world-class luxury resort in the UAE!

As Italian Speaking Restaurant Captain, you will:
• You will take part in the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and world-class dining experiences.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both front and back-of-house areas.
