Job Description
A growing multi-branch restaurant group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing Manager with strong experience in restaurant or F&B marketing.

The role focuses on brand positioning, data-driven marketing, and executing campaigns that support restaurant growth across multiple branches.

This is not a social media posting role. The ideal candidate understands how marketing impacts restaurant revenue, customer traffic, product positioning, and store launches.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase restaurant sales and customer traffic
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across branches
• Plan and support marketing campaigns for new branch openings
• Coordinate content production with agencies and internal teams
• Monitor digital visibility (Google, delivery platforms, social media)
• Analyze performance data and recommend actions to improve sales and average order value

Requirements
• 3–6 years marketing experience
• Experience in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality marketing
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and restaurant growth drivers
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into action
• Based in Abu Dhabi
