Job Description:
Our client, a renowned dining establishment in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor who will initially host guests and manage operations. This role is designed for a motivated individual to transition into the Restaurant Manager position as the restaurant grows. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Host Responsibilities (Initial Phase):
β€’ Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
β€’ Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience.
β€’ Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and feedback, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
β€’ F&B Supervision and Restaurant Operations:
β€’ Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
β€’ Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
β€’ Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
β€’ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
β€’ Transition to Restaurant Manager:
β€’ Take full ownership of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
β€’ Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency in offerings.
β€’ Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
β€’ Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.

Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
β€’ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
β€’ Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservations, food safety, and inventory management.
