MASTER PLUMBER

LOCATION: Al Hiyar, Al Ain, UAE

REPORTS TO: Construction Manager

DEPARTMENT: Construction

We are seeking a Master Plumber who understands that in a farm which includes a food-production environment, plumbing is mission-critical.

THE ROLE

You will be fully responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of all plumbing and water systems across the AISB site, including:
• Poultry houses
• Hatchery operations
• Slaughterhouse and processing areas
• Staff accommodation and welfare facilities

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role requiring technical expertise, preventative discipline and fast response when issues arise.

Core Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining and repairing:

Potable water supply systems

Wastewater and drainage systems

High-use washdown and hygiene lines

Maintaining pumps, tanks, valves, filters, pressure regulators and fittings.

Ensuring Uninterrupted Water Supply To
• Hatchery systems
• Slaughter and evisceration lines
• Washdown, sanitation and hygiene areas

Responding immediately to leaks, blockages, pressure drops or contamination risks.

Carrying out preventative maintenance inspections across all facilities.

Identifying weak points and correcting them before failures occur.

Working safely and hygienically in food-grade environments.

Keeping clear, accurate maintenance and inspection records.

What You Bring
• Proven experience as a Master Plumber or senior plumbing professional.
• Strong experience in commercial, industrial or food-production environments, as well as main line external work.
• Confident working with pumps, tanks, pressure systems and high-usage washdown lines.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety and system reliability.
