Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Housekeeping/ Cleaning Staff (Female) at our factory, warehouse and office facilities at Sharjah (SAIF Zone) by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and clients, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces across various areas of the facility
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy work environment
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, reporting needs to management
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Respond promptly to requests for cleaning and maintenance services from staff
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and event setups
• Document cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Cleaner or Janitorial role in production facility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Good organizational skills and time management
