Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead the team to achieve business goals.

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (as per UAE regulations)
• Maintain inventory levels, control costs, and minimize wastage
• Support in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
• Handle cash management, billing, and daily financial reporting
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
• *Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a restaurant
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Knowledge of food safety standards and UAE regulations
• HACCP/EFS certification is required
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to work in Al Ain
