Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ladurée boutique/restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining brand standards, and achieving financial targets. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and food safety standards

Customer Experience
• Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service in line with Ladurée standards
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Ensure a refined and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Schedule staff efficiently to meet operational needs
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve service excellence

Sales & Financial Performance
• Monitor daily sales, KPIs, and profitability
• Implement strategies to drive revenue and control costs
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels

Brand Standards
• Uphold the image and luxury positioning of Ladurée
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation meet company guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or café management (luxury or premium brands preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic required)
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
