Job Summary

Al Marwan Developments is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across real estate properties and office facilities. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Cleaner include, but are not limited to:
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas
• Refill cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizer as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, corridors, and building premises
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are serviced regularly
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and as instructed
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks when required
• Support in maintaining hygiene standards across multiple locations

Required Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
