Key Responsibilities
• Carefully pack food items according to established standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure all packaged items maintain optimal temperature, presentation, and quality.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP principles where applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout shifts.
• Monitor and manage inventory of packaging materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, chefs, and delivery personnel for timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with labeling and preparing orders for delivery or pickup.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged items before dispatch.
• Handle various types of food products, including hot, cold, and fragile items.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing incoming supplies and ingredients as needed.
