Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver (Light & Heavy Bus) to join our transport team. The role involves operating both light and heavy buses under one valid UAE driving license, transporting staff/passengers safely and punctually, maintaining vehicle standards, and ensuring full compliance with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and HSE requirements. Candidates must have UAE driving experience and strong knowledge of local road regulations.

Key Ownership & Accountability
• Operate light and heavy buses (both categories on the same UAE license) safely, professionally, and in accordance with assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and compliance with UAE road and transport regulations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, and transport documentation as per UAE requirements.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, UAE traffic laws, and health & safety standards.

Core Responsibilities
• Drive assigned buses for scheduled routes, ad-hoc duties, and special operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects or incidents immediately.
• Follow approved routes, timetables, and operational instructions; report delays or safety issues.
• Ensure safe passenger loading and unloading at all times.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including logs, reports, and timesheets.
• Participate in safety briefings, training sessions, and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep in line with company standards.

Skills & Experience
• Valid UAE driving license with BOTH Light Bus and Heavy Bus categories on the same license (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE driving experience in bus or staff transport.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
