Job Description
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (Carpenter / Painter) to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks to ensure that facilities are maintained in good condition and meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out carpentry works including repair, installation, and maintenance of doors, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and other wooden structures.
• Perform painting works such as surface preparation, patching, sanding, and applying paint to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maintain the facility’s appearance and functionality.
• Attend maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and supervisors for scheduled works and urgent repairs.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong experience in carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
• Good knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
