Job Description
Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Coaster Bus Driver to safely transport employees/workers to and from project sites, camps, and other assigned locations. The candidate must have good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate coaster bus for staff and worker transportation
• Pick up and drop employees as per company schedule
• Follow assigned routes and timings properly
• Ensure safety and comfort of passengers during transportation
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection before starting duty
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately
• Ensure vehicle documents, permits, and licenses are always valid
• Follow UAE traffic rules and company safety policies strictly
• Coordinate with transport supervisor/site team regarding schedules
• Maintain attendance and trip records if required
• Support emergency transportation requirements when needed

Requirements:
• Valid UAE Driving License (Heavy Bus License)
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as a coaster/bus driver
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations
• Familiar with traffic laws and safety procedures
• Ability to work flexible timings and overtime if required
• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
• Good behavior and professional attitude
• Immediate joiners preferred
