Welder

Job Summary

A Welder is responsible for joining metal parts using welding equipment and techniques while ensuring strong, accurate, and high-quality fabrication work according to engineering drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform welding works using MIG, TIG, ARC, and gas welding methods.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Ensure welding quality meets project and industry standards.
• Repair damaged metal parts and structures when required.
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and fabrication teams for project completion.

Requirements
• High school certificate or technical qualification in welding/fabrication.
• Minimum 2–5 years of welding experience.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
