Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Security Officer to lead and manage all aspects of physical security operations across company facilities and critical assets for our client

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee physical security operations including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor management
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Lead incident response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity activities
• Manage security vendors, guards, contractors, and operational security staff
• Develop and enforce SOPs related to facility access and incident handling
• Lead physical security projects, system upgrades, and AI-based monitoring initiatives
• Prepare reports on incidents, KPIs, system performance, and improvements

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in physical or operational security
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarms, and threat assessment methodologies
• Experience in incident response, investigations, and emergency management
• Excellent reporting, communication, and vendor management skills
• Certifications such as CPP or PSP are preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 physical security standards is an advantage
