Assistant Restaurant Manager
Join the F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all guests receive personalized and high-quality service.
Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain 5-star service standards at all times.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback. Manager in preparing annual operating budget.
Supervise daily restaurant operations.
Ensure proper table setup, hygiene, and ambiance.
Coordinate with kitchen for smooth food service.
Maintain service timing and quality control.
Oversee opening and closing procedures.
Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
