Job Description
We looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in restaurant and coffee shop operations, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Experience in organizing and managing events is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily restaurant and coffee shop operations efficiently
• Supervise and lead FOH and BOH teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and municipality standards
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee manpower requirements
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Assist management with reports, operational planning, and cost control
• Coordinate and manage private events, celebrations, and seasonal activations when required
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall restaurant standards

Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in UAE
• Experience in restaurant and coffee shop operations is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge in POS systems, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy operations
• Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge and experience with events and activations is a plus
• Immediate joiners are preferred
